7eye: A few more Gallifreyan designs. “Cyber” and “Dalek” are condensed forms of phrases from greencrook’s dictionary: Cyber translates roughly to “the army that poisons and imprisons the mind,” while Dalek is derived from “rage, hatred, and endless war.” I wrote out “random fluctuation” in accordance with this intriguing bit of Gallifreyan etymology: http://www.journalfen.net/users/charamei/9487.html Someone’s going to complain, “oh, for ‘question’ you just stylized an English question mark! What a hack!” To them I reply: remember the Fourth/Fifth/Sixth Doctors and their question-mark lapels? The Seventh Doctor and his question-mark umbrella and jumper? The question mark is clearly a Gallifreyan symbol.  To paraphrase the Tenth Doctor, “No, human languages look Time Lord. We came first.”
